Thank you for your care and support of the science park. To enhance quality of processing the Director General's mails, please review your mail to see if any of the following circumstances exist and understand the way we process.
1. Pursuant to Article 168 of the Administrative Procedure Act, civilians may submit petitions to the competent authority regarding suggestions for administrative reform, inquiries regarding administrative laws and regulations, reports of administrative violations, or protection of administrative rights. To ensure a prompt response to your suggestions or complaints, we will not handle any petitions unrelated to our agency, including verbal abuse, personal attacks, and commercial advertisements, in accordance with Article 173 of the Act mentioned.
2. To confirm that your email address has not been used fraudulently or incorrectly and to ensure that you receive notifications regarding the processing of your petition, our system will automatically send a confirmation email to your mailbox provided. Please click on the link in the confirmation mail to confirm your details. Once this confirmation is complete, your petition will be processed promptly. Mails submitted without completing the confirmation process will not be handled. Please note that if you do not receive the confirmation mail, please confirm your email address is correct or check your spam folder.
3.Except cases involving reports of administrative violations or protection of administrative rights, in order to protect your rights, please ensure that you have provided your real name and contact information so we can process your petition in accordance with Article 14 of the "Guidelines for the Handling of People's Petitions by the Executive Yuan and Its Agencies."
4. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act, this mailbox will not release your personal information to others without your consent. If necessary for official business purposes, such as if the content of your letter involves responsibilities of another agency, your mail will be forwarded to the competent authority for processing and response. Therefore, your personal information (such as name, phone number, address, email address, etc.) will be forwarded to the competent authority along with the content of your mail.
5. If the content or identity of your report requires confidentiality, or if you are concerned about the information security risks associated with electronic transmission, please mail your paper form report to the Bureau (Address: No. 2, Hsin-an Road, Hsinchu City 300091) and mark it "Confidential."
6. The general processing time for mails is six business days. If you have not received a response from relevant agency after six business days, you can inquire about the status of your mail by clicking the mail number attached to the "Confirmation Letter."
After receiving the result of the response, you can indicate your satisfaction via responsing the satisfaction survey link attached to the letter.
